    If you’re batch creating or having multiple guests, then 2 or 3 hours depending on what you need.

  • You’ll receive your video file(s) via a DropBox link to the email you used to set up your appointment.

  • You can reschedule with 24-hour notice at no extra charge.

    Cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. In the event of a late arrival or no-show, the booking and payment will be forfeited. We kindly encourage timely attendance to ensure a smooth experience for all clients.
